Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
All sales are generally considered final once a licensed physician has reviewed the patient's medical information and a prescription has been issued or medication has been dispensed. MyCare MD LLC is a cash-pay telehealth service. Prescriptions are fulfilled and shipped by our dispensing pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub 2 LLC, located at 2750 Bridge Way, Unit 180, Davie, FL 33314. By placing an order or enrolling in a subscription plan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2. Consultation Fee Refunds
If, after reviewing your submitted medical questionnaire, the treating provider determines that you are not a suitable candidate for the requested treatment, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fee. Refunds under this provision are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. No further action is required on the part of the patient in these cases.
3. Pre-Review Cancellations
A full refund is available if your cancellation request is received before the assigned physician has begun reviewing your medical information. To request a pre-review cancellation, contact our support team immediately using one of the following methods:

Cancellation requests received after the physician review has commenced will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed a refund.
4. Medication and Pharmacy Fulfillment
Once medication has been dispensed or shipped by The Pharmacy Hub 2 LLC, it is non-refundable. This applies to all shipped items, including compounded medications and returned prescriptions, in accordance with applicable federal and state pharmacy regulations.
Damaged or Incorrect Medications: If you receive a damaged or incorrect medication, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a replacement request, contact us promptly:

Reports submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for replacement. MyCare MD LLC and The Pharmacy Hub 2 LLC reserve the right to request photographic evidence or other documentation before processing a replacement.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Patients enrolled in a subscription plan may cancel at any time through the patient dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@mycaremd.com or 941-499-7686. The following terms apply to all subscription cancellations:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to services through the remainder of the period for which you have already been billed.
- No partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
- Any medications that have already been dispensed or shipped prior to the cancellation effective date remain non-refundable.
6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days of receipt. You will be notified of the outcome via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage patients to contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider. Our team is committed to resolving concerns in a timely and fair manner.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks — including chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the matter through our support channels — may result in immediate suspension or termination of your MyCare MD account and any associated services.
8. Policy Modifications
MyCare MD LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted to our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
