Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Once an order has been processed and checked out, MyCare MD LLC does not refund the order. Any refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Cancellation requests submitted before the assigned physician has begun reviewing your medical information may be sent to support@mycare.md but are still evaluated case-by-case with no guarantee of a refund; once the assigned physician has reviewed your order, or once medication has been dispensed or shipped, the order is non-refundable. MyCare MD LLC reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time at its sole discretion.
